We believe good work deserves clear language.

These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using atelier-aj.com and purchasing products from Field Supply. They exist to create clarity—not confusion—and are written with the same care we bring to everything we make.

By visiting our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

About Us

atelier-aj.com is operated by atelier | aj.

Field Supply is a product brand created and operated by atelier | aj.

Throughout these Terms, ‘we,’ ‘us,’ and ‘our’ refer to atelier | aj and, where applicable, Field Supply.

Our ecommerce services are provided through Shopify, and certain physical products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party partners, including Printful.

Using Our Website

You may use atelier-aj.com for lawful personal purposes and to learn about, browse, and purchase our products and services.

You agree not to use the website or its content:

for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
to interfere with the operation or security of the website
to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
to transmit malicious code or harmful material
to collect information about others without authorization
to reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission
in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of atelier | aj or another person

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website when reasonably necessary to protect the studio, our customers, our intellectual property, or our services.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display Field Supply products accurately.

Colors and other visual details may appear differently depending on your screen, device, settings, printing process, materials, or manufacturing variations.

Many Field Supply physical products are made to order. Small variations may occur between individual items and are not necessarily considered defects.

We may change, discontinue, or limit products at any time.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other costs will be shown during checkout when required.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. If a significant pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and, when necessary, cancel or refund an affected order.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, technical problems, production limitations, or misuse of our services.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly product selection, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.

Because many physical products are made specifically for each order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

atelier | aj does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds, and Product Problems

Because many Field Supply products are made to order, our return and refund practices may differ from those of retailers carrying pre-produced inventory.

Eligibility for replacements, refunds, or other remedies depends on the circumstances and is explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at field@atelier-aj.com so we can review the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.

Digital Products

Field Supply may offer digital products, downloadable artwork, printable materials, or other electronic content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes. Ownership of the underlying artwork, design, language, or other intellectual property does not transfer to the purchaser.

Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced for commercial purposes, uploaded for public distribution, or represented as your own work without written permission from atelier | aj.

Intellectual Property

The content of atelier-aj.com and original work produced by atelier | aj or Field Supply—including artwork, illustrations, graphics, photographs, designs, layouts, written content, original language, product designs, logos, marks, and downloadable materials—is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, purchasing a product does not grant the right to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit the creative work appearing on or embodied in that product.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of atelier | aj intellectual property.

User Communications and Feedback

If you voluntarily send us feedback, suggestions, comments, reviews, or other communications, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.

We may use ordinary customer feedback to operate and improve our business. We will not treat unsolicited ideas or suggestions as confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, and other websites.

Those services may have their own terms and policies.

atelier | aj is not responsible for the content, availability, practices, or independent actions of third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep atelier-aj.com accurate, useful, and available. However, the website and its content are provided on an ‘as available’ basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every harmful component.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atelier | aj will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

Indemnification

Severability

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
